Tritanium Hybrid Coaching includes: • A 30-minute onboarding call to place you on the correct plan • Monthly coach review and adjustments • Progression updates based on your training • Access to our athletes and coaches community on WhatsApp • Monthly live Q&A coaching call with our head coach • Resources to get you race ready This is tailored adaptive coaching with guidance — not just a PDF plan.
2. Is this full 1-to-1 coaching?
This is not the full 1-1 experience but it’s as close as anyone can get, including all of Andy’s expert guidance and insights. This is a hybrid coaching model. You receive: • A personalised plan selection • Monthly adjustments • Community support • Monthly live coaching access You do not receive: • Daily feedback • Unlimited private messaging • Fully custom programming with daily adjustments If you want full custom coaching, we offer that separately. You can always upgrade later.
3. What kind of athlete suits this model?
Being the training plan tailored to you and adjusted every month, this model suits experts and beginners alike. We've had beginners successfully completing their first 70.3 as well as experts reporting that "this was exactly what they were looking for". So this is for: • Beginners needing trusted guidance • Seasonal athletes needing some more accountability and structure with proven methods and wanting to take their training up a level • Experienced athletes needing the right stimulus and framework that don’t want full support and have lots of self motivation
4. How do you tailor the plan to the athlete?
As soon as you join you'll be asked to submit a thorough form. Based on that information your coach will assess: • Your race distance • Your timeline • Your experience level • Your weekly availability • Your performance goals And tailor the plan to you. During the onboarding call you'll revise the plan together and make any final adjustment.
5. What happens during the monthly plan review?
Your coach will: • Review your compliance and key sessions • Assess progress trends • Make appropriate adjustments for the next month • Provide a summary message in TrainingPeaks This ensures your training continues progressing safely and effectively.
6. What if I miss sessions?
Missing sessions occasionally is completely normal. This programme is built around consistency over perfection. If life interrupts training: • You continue with the structure • Adjustments can be made at monthly review We focus on long-term progression, not perfect weeks.
7. Can I message my coach anytime?
You’ll have access to: • Our athlete WhatsApp community • Monthly live Q&A calls This model does not include unlimited daily 1-to-1 messaging. Boundaries are important to keep this service affordable and deliverable.
8. Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. We require a 3-month minimum commitment. However, you have access to cancel this at anytime, and you will keep your Training Peaks account and any future workouts will be removed. Physiological adaptations take time, and real progress happens across phases — not weeks. This ensures you give the process enough time to work.
9. What if I want more support later?
If you feel you need: • Daily/ Weekly feedback • Deeper performance analysis • Fully custom programming • Bespoke physiological testing to determine strengths & weaknesses You can upgrade to full 1-to-1 coaching at any time (subject to availability).
10. What equipment do I need?
